Daikin Heat Pump SB.HBH08/EVLQ/33A2
The Daikin Heat Pump SB.HBH08/EVLQ/33A2 is a new product of its kind. It is a system that combines the technology of a latest generation 33kW condensing boiler and the heat pump exchange module, and the 8kW external condensing unit ( 8kW covers up to 150 square meters of housing)
Quick And Easy Installation
- Daikin HPU Hybrid is a non-invasive solution and can be connected to existing radiators (flow up to 80 ° C) and does not require any major renovation: installation is simple and inexpensive.
- Thanks to its compact size, the space required for the new system is very similar to that of the existing system, so no space is lost and no structural changes are required.
Operate as Heat Pump Only, Boiler Only or Both At The Same Time
- Heat Pump Operation : With a nominal COP of 4.45, the heat pump is the best technology available to optimize operating costs at moderate outdoor temperatures.
- Hybrid System : the gas boiler and the heat pump operate simultaneously to offer maximum comfort.
- Gas Operation : when outside temperatures drop dramatically, the unit automatically switches to gas mode and the boiler remains the only active technology.
Advantages Of Investment
- Compatibility with existing radiators; reduction of costs and inconvenience related to installation.
- 35% more efficient than a condensing boiler in heating and up to 20% in instantaneous DHW production, reducing consumption.
- Possibility of connection to photovoltaic solar panels to optimize the self-consumption of the electricity produced.
- Low investment cost with no need to replace existing pipes and radiators.
- Ideal for renovations.
- Quick and easy installation.
Functioning Guaranteed Up To -25 ° C
- The outdoor wall unit for heating extracts heat from the outdoor air even at -25 ° C.
- Inverter-driven compressors regulate the speed of the compressor, adapting its operation to actual needs. This allows to limit stops and restarts by reducing energy consumption (up to 30%) while maintaining more stable temperatures.
Domestic Hot Water Production
- Domestic hot water is heated using gas condensing technology: cold tap water flows directly into a special dual-circuit heat exchanger that allows optimal and continuous condensation of combustible gases during preparation of domestic hot water, leading to an increase in efficiency of 10-15% compared to traditional gas condensing boilers.
- Moreover, thanks to its hybrid nature, while the heat pump provides for the heating of the rooms, the condensing technology can produce domestic hot water, thus ensuring maximum comfort.
Control System
The control system is an easy-to-use remote control with a contemporary design and provides direct access to all key functions.
Two different possible modes of operation:
- Ecological: to minimize primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
- Economic: to minimize energy expenditure.
